• User Agent: Information about the recipient's device, operating system, and email client.
• Recipient Email: If provided during the tracking setup.

3. Google API Scopes and Usage

Nova Email Tracker integrates with your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We request the following scopes to provide our core features:

• gmail.readonly: To monitor for new replies to tracked emails and update tracking status.
• gmail.modify: To manage labels and organize tracked conversations within your Gmail.

Privacy Assurance: We do not store the body or content of your emails on our servers. Our access is limited to the metadata and actions necessary to provide tracking and automation services.

4. How We Use Your Data

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Provide real-time read receipts and tracking statistics.
• Improve the reliability and performance of our tracking technology.
• Prevent abuse and ensure the security of our service.

5. Data Sharing and Selling
