Nova Email Tracker provides email tracking tools for Gmail users. The service includes, but is not limited to, read receipts, open tracking, and email templates.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you send through the service. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).

Your use of Nova Email Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of data as described therein.

5. Google API Usage

Nova Email Tracker interacts with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account in connection with our service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVA EMAIL TRACKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
